You agree not to:
Schools and educators retain ownership of all educational data uploaded to EdLoop. We process this data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of educational data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable education privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA).
EdLoop uses AI to generate analysis, insights, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist educators and should not be used as the sole basis for educational decisions. Educators are responsible for reviewing and applying professional judgment to AI-generated insights.

The EdLoop platform, including its design, features, and code, is the intellectual property of EdLoop. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant EdLoop a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
Either party may terminate the use of the Service. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for data export. After the export period, user data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
